Bio

Chris leads the implementation UNCDF’s programme in Uganda that is focused on “Leaving No One Behind in the Digital Era”. In this programme, UNCDF works with public and private sector partners to build an inclusive digital economy in Uganda; especially targeting under-served communities. Chris is passionate about digital technologies as a means to achieve sustainable development and works to ensure that under-served communities have access to and usage of digital technologies to improve their productivity and wellbeing.
